 | Lydia Griffin's latest book is the Now You Know Bio of Dr. Susan Anderson, rural physician in Colorado's Grand County known to her neighbors as 'Doc Susie.' Lydia is grateful to the courageous people who work in the medical profession, especially doctors like Susan Anderson who dedicate their lives to serving other people. Lydia is the author of two children’s picture books: BeBa and the Curious Creature Catchers and Prunes and Rupe, a story of friendship between a miner and his burro. Lydia is a graduate of Holderness School, Colorado College, and received her MFA from Spalding University. She enjoys teaching creative writing workshops to elementary and high school students. She has also taught college-level writing courses. She lives in the Rocky Mountains with her husband and dog.
